Why The Art of Weight Loss Will Help
You Lose Weight and Feel Great
If you want to learn the little tricks to lose weight and keep it off for good, you’ve come to the right place.
If you’re stuck on what diet or exercise program you should choose, you’re also in the right place.
Everybody may know less energy in and more energy out should account for weight loss.
It’s the science of basic math, except when it doesn’t entirely work the way it was set up in a lab because your job, life-style, kids, friends, habits, and daily life generally get in the way of making it happen that way it does in a perfectly controlled environment.
Unfortunately you don’t live in the perfectly called environment, you live in something most of us like to call ‘The Real-World.’
If the so-called ‘Science of Weight Loss’ has you demoralized, depressed or pissed off, I’m going to show you the Art component you may be missing.

Here’s The Thing:
You have to learn how to alter your mindset to get to where you want to be.
You’ll need to move and change your nutrition too, but those are just the tools you use to lose weight, not the starting point.
It all starts from the right frame of mind (take my free mindset course here).
If you understand why you want to eat right and move well, it’s easier to understand how to troubleshoot your nutrition and your exercise based on the right mindset.
If you start from or develop a growth mindset and move past your black and white fixed belief mindset, it’s much easier to grow your skills in food and movement.
Develop the right mindset approach and it’ll be way easier to drop the weight and keep it off for the long-term.

What Makes You Different?
Science isn’t the savior in your weight-loss pursuit, it’s a tool, and we’ll teach you how to use it properly.
It gives us tiny bits of data from controlled environments, the black and white answers, and if only life were like that, we could all just replicate these experiments without context and achieve our objectives.
Unfortunately life isn’t like that, it’s a chaotic system of inputs and outputs, requiring you to fit together the appropriate pieces of the puzzle as they pertain to you and your unique needs and that’s the art component, most people forget.
I like to break down research, extrapolate from my own coaching experiences, use case studies and develop actionable steps to improve your present physical state.
I focus on the whole person, not just diet and exercise, but most notably the development of the right mindset.
The Art of Weight Loss is all about developing skills, adopting new habits, changing behaviors, and achieving mastery over your body.
It’s about working through problems, identifying the limiting factors, building, learning, and manipulating the variables, until you truly discover something that really works for you!
