Introducing Exercise for Weight Loss

It’s been an awesome month for AofWL readers, not only because there are more than ever (thank you!), but I hope also because I’ve spent a lot of time and energy this month putting together 3 totally free resources for you.

In the previous 3 weeks I’ve launched the Weight Loss Psychology Course, and the Eating for Weight Loss Course, and a lot of people have taken them and given me some feedback.

I greatly appreciate it, not only because it’s given me some great ideas for future content, but also because I hope they are doing the fitness industry some good, so keep it comin’.

Please continue to share them with your friends, family and colleagues.

This week is the last resource for the time being, but I’ve got some other great things planned for the near future, including a monster of an article on everything you wanted to know about Interval Training but were afraid to ask (trust me, it’s a beast).

Exercise combined with nutrition, has been shown to be more than twice as effective for weight and fat loss, than either alone.
